Our internationally recognized organization founded to assist People Living With Disabilities in South Africa has a highly credible reputation in the funded environment. Generating funds from all avenues in the corporate, government and donor organizations, this position requires a well-experienced Fundraising Manager to drive these processes. You will form part of the Executive Team and contribute to the direction of the organization in terms of gaining funding growth and maintaining donor relationships.

The ideal candidate will:

have a minimum of five years solid fundraising experience
have been in a managerial role previously
have excellent networking ability to build relationships across a broad spectrum of donor organizations
be a confident, articulate and competent proposal and report writer
have sound project management, budgeting and financial acumen
have excellent team working capacity and be able to motivate others in the team
be self-motivated and organized
be aware of the economic trends, areas of funding

Our foundation is a well-known organization, which requires sound management in terms of generating sufficient funds for various projects, and forming strong relationships with donors and relevant stakeholders. An energetic, self-starter is required whom is committed to fundraising and enjoys being part of community development and making a difference to those less fortunate.
